Candy Bars

Candy Bars are a great alternative to favors for  your wedding or special event.  Being able to incorporate your theme colors with your favorite sweets helps create the feel of your event.

If you are interested in creating your own Candy Bar it is easier than you think! Start at your local Christmas Tree Shop for fun shaped glass vases. Having different heights of  vases and containers is helpful for filling purposes.  If you are on a budget going to your local dollar store or party city can provide you with many different candies to fill your vases with.  Pick a candy which is inexpensive to fill the larger vases and leave the smaller vases for the more expensive items.

Party City on the Berlin Turnpike offers  their candy setup by color to help make it easy for choosing items. Another great way to add flare to your Candy Bar would be layering different colored candy in larger vases.

Pick up small bags that you can dress up!  Have your friends over to help put together fun bags to match your table!  Inviting friends to help gives them bragging rights when they are at your event!

Decorating your vases is a super fun way to personalize your candy bar! Add rhinestones or fun ribbons to vases to make them look high end without breaking the bank!  Michael's offer rhinestone strips in all different sizes and many times I purchased many packs to glam up my glassware!
